how's your friend doing? did she have her baby?

She's doing great. She had her baby on May 7. The pics on my business FB page of "abbi" are her little girl. Her baby has a head full of hair, and she even wore a hairbow home from the hospital! Mom had to have a c-section, but she's doing really well. They even went on a road trip last weekend with her mom and grandma to visit a relative a few hours away. Emotionally, I think she's still running on adrenaline and dealing with sleep deprivation. She does seem to be handling everything pretty well though.

oh good! i actually looked at those pictures this morning, but i didn't realize that was her. she's so precious! i think about her often. i couldn't imagine going through her situation. So glad her and baby are healthy and that they're surrounded by such a great support system!

Thanks so much for your concern. I know she appreciates all the thoughts and prayers of everyone. If you think of it, pray for her job situation. She's currently only employed part-time, but she is trying to find a full-time position with benefits. Her insurance through her husband runs out in a month or so.
