Updates, mia...
First, congrats Dani and DH on the baby!
Second...on the T&P post for the little boy who nearly drowned - he's doing immensely better. He woke up from the induced coma, and has been moved from critical care to an ortho-therapy room. The family is supposed to moving to Mississippi (thankfully this happened before the move and not during), and they'll have to go a medical office in Louisiana for hard-core therapy for six months, and it will be at least two years for him to make a full recovery. I don't have the all the details, but I presume it would be because he went so long without oxygen, etc.
Third...my sister and her unborn baby are doing good. We had a false alarm last night b/c the doctor told her to come in b/c she was contracting every four minutes (she's nearly full effaced, whatever that means, but not fully dilated from my understanding), but they said it was due to dehydration, so they pumped her with an IV, and sent her home. She has an amniocentesis on Tuesday, and depending on how that goes, she'll probably have a c-section on Thursday (of course, it will be sooner if the baby decides to come earlier, or if the results from the amnio are unfavorable).
Fourth...nothing new with us. I've just been mia b/c things have been kind of hectic, and I've been in a bit of a hormonal funk, which doesn't help. Feeling a lot better - hope everything is going good for everyone, and hopefully I'll get caught up here in the next day or so! :-)

This! I'm not here often enough, I missed the boy's story. I'm glad he's better. Best of luck to your sister! C-section kinda suck, but it's worth it for the sake of the baby. And hugs to you!
