Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Flip video cam, technology error when trying to download on comp. Help!
I plugged in my flip camera to my usb for the first time, and when trying to download the program that will allow me to access/edit my videos etc. An error is coming up saying "There is a problem with the Windows Installer Package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel." So, I click okay and then another pop-up comes up saying "It seems that you have an incomplete or corrupt installation. Please use the add/remove Program to uninstall previous version".
What should I do? I looked in my programs and don't see anything that looks like its related to the Flip, and I haven't plugged it in previously to this.
