if you thought The Shred was hard...
Yesterday, I downloaded Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones and Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism. I did the second one and HOLY CRAP! It's like the shred...for 45 minutes vs 20! I can handle pretty much all of the shred moves, but when they're prolonged and some are even harder, it KILLS. I'll admit I did regular jumping jacks when I couldn't do certain moves lol! I do like working out longer though, it makes me feel like I really accomplished something. I'll have to try trouble zones tonight, see if I survive

Definitely recommend if you can handle it!

Wow... I've had that dvd for a while now-still in the celophane!
Are you hurting yet? I need to get my act in gear again-too much bday cake this wkend... although, I did speedwalk over 3 mi. yesterday in the heat.
