Wanted to share some pics of Seuss Birthday Party

I wanted to share some pics I took from my son's 2nd birthday party. It was a Dr. Seuss-themed party.

btw..Cwheels82 I used your idea about the bacon shells. I actually could not find any Canadian bacon at my grocery stores, so I bought pancetta. I used pancetta as my shell and piped flavored mashed potatoes in them and baked them. I then piped sour cream on them afterwards and sprinkled chopped chives on top. I called them "Who-Hash".

Looks great!  I love the cake!!!  I'm impressed by the mashed potato idea too.  What a great take on the canadian bacon cups!  I had a hard time finding it as well... but Trader Joe's pulled through as usual.  I literally bought all the canadian bacon in the store! haha  Those sound really yummy!  Thanks for sharing the pictures!

Thanks so much for the compliments! I appreciate them.   I worked really hard on everything from the food, to the decorations, to the cake..so it was nice to see everything come together.
