Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

BoBride-Wedding Video

Hey!!!  I was just wondering if you ever got an ETA for your video?  I know your wedding was a couple weeks after ours, but we've still not received anything and it's been almost 7 months!

  • NO!!!!! It's driving me crazy. Literally every email I send, I get a response that says "we are working around the clock and we will try to get it in the mail to you this week"... I have honestly gotten that response since the end of March! I need to send them an email today. It's not like I harass them everyday, I wait a few weeks before checking-in. I paid mucho dinero for the video so it's very frustrating!

    Please keep me posted with your situation and I'll do the same!

  • Okay, will do.  Yes, it is completely frustrating.  Ours is just supposed to be a simple video, nothing fancy, so I don't know why it's taking so long.  I requested to be his friend on FB, so we'll see if he ignores me.

    Seriously, I don't pester him at all, and he has the full balance already.  The least he can do is be a little respectful and respond.

    Good luck to you too and let's hope we get our wedding videos before our 1 year anniversary!!!
