I can't remember if y'all have FB or not so I just copied and pasted this from my status from last night for those who may not and wanted to know. I will mention I thought about the tension part, and I think it's just because I'm a tense person with ridiculous anxiety who has issues relaxing fully.
So apparently my headaches are from my change in
diet, the back of my neck is just "tension/stress" from what I do not
know, I have an antibiotic ointment for my eye and I was told to just
keep an eye on my swollen lymph node because I'm cool like that.
Re: Update
I too, am glad it is nothing serious. Not that I want you to have tension but that is small potatoes compared to what it could be. Sign yourself up for some spa days little lady! Or a chair massager thingy. I used to have one in my car and as corny as it looked, it really did help. I have tension and stress issues too. Have my whole life. Sometimes you just have to find time in the day to fully allow yourself to relax. Lock yourself in a room with some nice soothing music, dim lights, candles, etc. Do what you need to to take care of yourself.
Yes, I too have had it my whole life. I think I got it from my Grandfather or something, he had it really bad too. My doctor tried putting me on meds for it but I refuse. I don't see why I should take meds for something I can probably at least TRY and control myself.
I'm hoping once M goes on 2nd shift for this next boat starting next week it'll make it easier for me to find something that helps me woo-sah. I'll also be able to finally start my P90 again since he won't be around to hog the living room (the only space we have to do anything of the sort). So maybe the weight will really start falling off. So maybe the 1/2 hour of exercise will help too.
I agree with Karrey - treat yourself to a spa day! You deserve it!
Overall, glad it's nothing too serious and hopefully the lymph node shrinks back down.
