Economy frustration

I Meant to post here but was logged into the HI babies board... oops!! So I thought our luck was turning around (I won Jaime's blog give away) but I guess I was wrong... Our Hawaii property has been a constant battle. There are good months and bad months... the good months are fully booked but still don't pay the mortgage. In over a yr of renting it we've only come out on top once... it's frustrating. I understand the economy is bad but now we're in a bad situation with it. I contacted our rental agent who is also a real estate agent and told him he needs to get it on the market as soon as he can... I'm hoping that it will sell and that we won't be too upside down in it... Please say a little prayer, cross your fingers, positive vibes, whatever it is that you do :)TIA!

Re: Economy frustration

  • I'm sorry to hear that. Many positive vibes to get your house sold quickly (or a sudden surge of vacation renters!)!!

  • Good luck getting it sold, Sarah!

Bummer you can't keep it and have it to go back to whenever you want, though.

  • That sucks Sarah.  Sending vibes for a quick, fair and smooth sell.
