Gonna make turkey burgers and have with some leftover coleslaw.

I really don't know.  We should grill steaks (we went to make them last night and discovered they weren't entirely thawed out yet), but the only way we could do that is wait until after 9:00 to eat dinner!  So either I'll figure something out with the steak, or I'll end up getting McDonald's on my way to my young adults' group.

I MADE bbq mahi mahi fish tacos with a cilantro cream sauce  It was AMAZING!  I will have to do a blog post about them!

I took pics, I hope to write up the recipe tonight to post on my blog.  I will let you know when it's done.  I need to perfect the cole slaw recipe still though, since it was my first time making it.

Haha...I have to admit that my first thought was, "She already made dinner??  Why so early??"  Oh yeah...it's 3 hours later there.

We went to Bishop's, which is a meat and three. I just did not feel like cooking. I had some fried chicken (so good), carrot cassrole (like sweet potato casserole but with carrots) and green beans.
