Where is everyone?
The board has been so slow the past few months. I think everyone has gone into hiding. Come on girls lets try to get this board moving again. Let's start by sharing our weekend plans. Or if you have anything else you'd like to share then go ahead.
I'll go first...
Today we are going out to dinner. We are still deciding whether to go to SmokeT or Town Kitchen & Bar. Suggestions are more than welcome.
Saturday I am getting a mani/Pedi (Woo Hoo) then at night we are going to the movies with friends.
Sunday we are going to Target to get some items for a Beach BBQ we are hosting next week. Then we plan to relax the rest of the day. Maybe catch up on our Blockbuster movies.

So weekend plans, nothing yet really. Maybe having a small BBQ at the house and inviting a few friends over. Hopefully making it to Hollywood beach. I started working on my tan last weekend, it's coming along nicely without any burns! DH has had a pretty stressful week at work (again) so we'll be taking it easy.
In other news I found out that one of my friends/co-workers/neighbors is having baby #2! It's strange, I've always been very anti-babies and kids (they make me uncomfortable), but lately I'm thinking that I could see myself with babies in a few years. Maybe it's because I'm seeing more girls at work getting pregnant and they all have adorable well behaved kids. So we'll see, I'll probably change my mind tomorrow and dislike kids again.
Would you have any hotel recommendations on Hollywood Beach? We have never been to the beaches in Broward so I think it might be fun to make a weekend trip out of it.

Tonight: Grading projects and perhaps starting to update my portfolio website.
Tomorrow: Location shoot with my class in the morning, then portfolio review for some of our students in the afternoon then probably dinner with the DH and relaxation.
Sunday: Working on a couple of projects for clients that I'm really excited about and relaxing.
I don't really get weekends...a weekend happens when I don't have a lot of work to do at home which is usually between quarters/semesters.
My weekend turned out better than I expected! My husband decided to give me my birthday present early (it's not until the 26th, but he's bad at keeping surprises)! Exactly what I had asked for too, such a good hubby
