silly question
What am I supposed to wear for an interview there since it's gonna be over 100 degrees?? Here I always wore like a business suit (blk pants, dressy top & suit jacket), but it's gonna be WAY too hot for that. So what do you ladies wear for interviews when it's so hot out??

Ditto this. If you have a suit skirt, wear that with a short sleeve or sleeveless blouse and carry your jacket in the car with you. Put it on right before you go in, so you don't get overheated. Or if you have a simple, classy short sleeve dress, I think that would be a good option, too.
