Help me save my tomatoes!

I have lots growing this year and most things seems to be doing well but yesterday I walked out side and my zucchini was destrpyed as in there is no coming back from what ate it but all 6 of my large tomato plants are also half eaten and I saw the dreaded catapillars on them. Anything natural I can spray or do to try to save them. I have tomatoes growing on all of them so I'd hate for them to die!!!

Thanks so much!

  • Can you just pick them off?

I have right now but there are tons, little and big ones so I assume there are more. The leaves are very eaten.

if it's a hornworm, they nom through tomato plants fast.  i'd just handpick them off, i dislike using pesticides on plants i want to eat.

  • I don't know if this will work, but you might be able to spray them with a hot pepper/water mixture. That turns off some insects from plants and is totally organic.
