Weird My Anti-perspirant Has a Better Score...

Then the tea tree oil deodorant I just bought.  On Skin Deep my Lady Mitchum is a 3 and is not linked to cancer, but yet has aluminum.  The tea tree oil deodorant is linked to cancer and is a 4.  Hmmm

Re: Weird My Anti-perspirant Has a Better Score...

  • you guys need to stop looking at scores and start learning about the ingredients and deciding for yourselves.
  • Finally a response Big Smile.  Aluminum is bad and I know I don't want to use something with it in it, so I'll give the tea tree oil a try.
  • I agree with PP. Scores don't mean much on their own. Any sort of artificial fragrance will up a score, but it might not personally bother you. You need to look at the ingredients and pick based on your priorities, not a score. Also, the data gap (the unknowns) in any given product is important.
