WW (or Exercise) Check-ins!

Since we couldn't get on Thursday night we'll just do it now....

How did everyone do this week with their weight loss/exercise goals?

I lost another 1.2 lbs (5.8 lbs lost so far).  But with Chris being home the next few days I know I'm going to struggle making good choices.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

Re: WW (or Exercise) Check-ins!

  • Congrats!  That's awesome.  I'm down 4lbs total so far...although my food choices lately have been less than stellar.
  • I am only down 2 lbs so far but...it's something I guess.  Just went to the grocery and bought tons of GOOD foods!  =)

     Great job, girls!

  • Can I join too?

I have been kicking ass at the gym.  Doing at least 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights.

    Food choices have been OK.

After I had Miss K, I immediately dropped 15 pounds.  And there I have been stuck.  I have been fighting the same 5 pounds since March.  So I am determined to make a change now.  I want to lose another 15, that will put me at my prepregnancy weight.  But I won't stop there.  But that's the first goal.

This week I dropped 1 pound.

  • My progress is slow, but I hit week two of my running program finally.  Slow and steady.  I'm in the middle of june as a teacher, report cards, many activity days, etc, and I'm using it as an excuse.  I'll keep ya posted next week. :)
  • You all have done great this week!  I hope you are all proud of your successes b/c you should be!  Remember - it takes 3500 less calories to burn off 1 lb.  So, in my book 1 lb is a big win even if it doesn't seem like one.

Whatever you are working towards (weight loss, running, becoming the hottest mom possible) you are more than welcome to post your successes (or something you'd like to work on for the week ahead).

  • Hey ladies!  I am late one thins, but I would love to join!  I have not worked out since about 2 weeks before the wedding!!  I am really struggeling with getting back onto it, but I am determined to get back on the right track!  This week will be hard since I am working a lot, but I have to start somewhere right.  Here is to eating better and getting fit =)
