Hi!
I'm kind of new to clean eating and trying to find some recipes that folks have found that taste good.... and any that kids like too.
Anyone do this, or know of any blogs??
TIA
Re: Anyone do Clean Eating??
I really try to eat clean. I like these books - Tosca Reno's eat clean cookbook and The gorgeously green diet by Sophie Uliano. The food you crave : luscious recipes for a healthy life by Ellie Krieger (you can get her recipes on the food network site too). also clean eating magazine.

I started with Tosca Rena's clean eating books but it didn't work for us. Too much meat, too much prep, and the recipes were too bland for my husband. He wouldn't eat most of what I made. I have moved on to an all natural eating lifestyle, I use sugar and real butter but try to limit. I highly recommend subscribing to the Clean Eating magazine because I still find great recipes in there. It only comes out every other month but it is fantastic.
Check out this site too: www.101cookbooks.com. On the left there are some posts about how to eat natural, what products to use and look for. I cook from this site every week.

I'm the "clean eating machine"
Others have already posted my link (thanks!) but it's also in my sig. I have a kid-friendly tag. Let me know if you have any specific questions! Oh, and I hate bland food... so if it were all bland, I wouldn't eat this way.
