Since all us BB'ers got a ton of Bok Choy this weekend I went looking for some recipes and came across a really tasty one!
Wash cabbage well and cut into 1 inch pieces. Heat a wok or large, heavy skillet until hot; add oil and heat a second. Throw in pieces of ginger, add cabbage, stir until green color of cabbage brightens. Add salt, sugar, cook until slightly crunchy. Add the sesame oil if you like a nutty aroma
Instead of ginger I added some minced garlic and added some chile garlic sauce as well.
It turned out awesome! The hubs and I ate all of it!
Re: Baby bok choy recipe
Thanks, Brenda had posted a recipe to on my facebook picture so between that and this one i think we should be able to use up that bok choy in no time!
Yum!
We still have a bunch left, so I might have to give this a try. Saturday night we did a stir fry with the some of the bok choy and peppers. It was delish!
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
Yup, some sites didn't get the bok choy, my friend got yellow squash. So we traded some bok choy for squash.
