Moody Monday?

So I woke up this morning DREADING work. Hoping that for some reason I didn't have to go. I pulled up and saw everyone standing outside. Apparently a pipe burst and the place was flooded. Not going to lie...I was a bit happy. My classroom was untouched so I had nothing to worry about. Now I am back at home trying to get things done that I put off this weekend! No moody Monday for me.

LoL... yay for workplace disasters that only positively effect you!!! 

Today's kind of 'meh.'  I have a lot to do.  I'm excited, though, because we're getting new floors in the condo this week!  Yay!

I was really dreading coming to work, too, but so far everything's been going pretty well.  My duties so far have been constant, but very light.

 Our cats are also getting along great now!   Our older kitty clocked the kitten a couple of times to assert her authority and now they're playing and getting along just fine.  I'm so relieved it's working out.

I would rate today a couple of grades above "meh," not exciting, but pretty cheerful.

I'm at work and STILL dreading it. I have to try to track down my boss to talk to her about a grant I'm writing... but I'm really not in the mood to. I'm so sick of writing. Aside from that, we have some quality control issues that me and some CWs are going to try to figure out tonight, so I'm going to be here FOREVVVVERRRRRR.

Haha, you lucked out pretty good!  I'm really tired, we moved over the weekend and stayed up late last night trying to put the house together.  And of course my inbox is full

Not moody for me this morning. The sun is shining yet again and I have finished my first lesson toward my CA real estate license. Now if only I could find a job with a steady paycheck to facilitate the commission-only real estate career!

Super moody monday!  Trying to finish up a unit plan for seventh graders on Medieval History...having a hard time getting the content and keeping the activities engaging   Can't wait until I am a real teacher and have the kids' energy to feed into my planning!

I know what you mean! I don't feel like a real teacher either and have NO motivation to plan units for my prek kids

It wasnt a bad monday for me either, I took some beach photos for someone and they came out great. Tomorrow I am finally creating a wedding scrapbook for our wedding photos!

It was an okay Monday.  I moved my office around at work because I'm tired of people complaining about where my desk is.  Unfortunately this means that my desk is now directly over the stained carpet from last week's water leak.  Still, though, I managed to get a lot done today.  The rest of my short week will be spent processing payroll and unpacking the boxes in my office.  Currently MH and I are sitting in living room with the sun porch and bathroom windows open creating a nice little breeze.  Definitely a nice way to end a Monday.

We had our own little "disaster" today because our server was down for about 3 hours in the first half of the day.  I kind of like when that happens because we can't use the phone, e-mail, any of our saved files on our computers... basically anything I do for my job can't be done.  I finally got to some random filing, but that only took about 30 minutes, so after that I just got to chat with some friends.  We went to lunch at about 11:15, we were so bored.  I saw 1 girl cleaning out her desk and wiping it down with cleaner, hahaha!  Now THAT'S bored.

LOL...I'm sure a few of these will come back to haunt me!!  January will be trial by fire time - student teaching - EEK!!!
