who is growing bush beans?
Grew mine from seed (planted end of April) and they look great but they are floppy, falling over into the squares next to them. Should I be staking them?

Re: who is growing bush beans?
I've grown bush beans for 4 years now. I've only had to stake one plant one year. They should be able to stand on their own.
Staking them doesn't hurt, near as I can tell, but it's not normal in my experience.

Are you sure they are bush beans? Or maybe you are overwatering? (or under??) Is it floppy because the plant itself is limp?
Mine are about 5 inches high and standing firm.
