I saw you had B-pics done. How did you find a photog you trusted enough? I'm thinking about doing them for MH.

I don't even know where to start

Re: Jeff&Em

  • I asked here to see if anyone had suggestions, and then I googled.  If I saw the style I liked and pictures I liked I e-mailed to see if they did boudoir pics.  I usually get a good enough vibe from people by the way they respond to e-mails that I'll know if I want to continue talking to them or move on.

Emily G is the only photographer I felt super comfortable with right from the start.  That's not to say that the other people were creepy or mean, but I felt like I'd known Emily for a million years.

Here are other people I e-mailed:

  • Thank you! Thats great, I was also wondering if you ever want to get together and take the dogs to the park. We frequent the Hazelia field off leash park. Have you been? Its like the nicest park I've ever been to.
  • I'd totally come meet you and your dogs there!  I'm still wary about taking Nan to a dog park because she's a pittie.  She's such an amazing dog, and I really, really don't want to set her up to fail by having an incident.  Plus, I'm pretty sure it's in our adoption contract that dog parks aren't allowed.  : (  Or, if there's another off leash area they can play without other dogs around?

If its not in the contract, there are always pitties at this park. there is a "small dog" off leash area that we could go to, there is NEVER any one there, or like 1 other dog.

I totally understand why your wary. I would be too.  Where are you located? Hazelia field is in lake O

I'd love to come play with our pup too!!  We're in North Portland and frequent Chimney Park a few times a week.  I see Pitties there too.  Depending on time of day I could come down to Lake O.
