Roch Roofing Contractor Recs?
We need a complete tear off as well as a good ventilation plan (attic fan, soffit vents,etc.). Apparently the last owners didn't address the need for ventilation when they replaced the roof last time which is causing it's own set of problems.
I appreciate any recs, I hate dealing with contractors- ugh.
Thanks!
Re: Roch Roofing Contractor Recs?
We just had to do the same thing. We got qoutes from about 7 different companies, and in the end went with Graves Bros. They did a wonderful job!
We had a full ply-wood tear off roof (mold and totally delaminated wood), soffit venting, all new fascia board (was totally rotted out), bathroom fan re-route, gutters & gutter guards (we have MANY trees), box vents installed, and insulation all done thru them.
The one thing we noticed is many quotes is they only included 3, or 7 or 10 sheets of ply-wood. We needed every single sheet torn off, and the quote got from Graves included every single sheet. If we went with another Co. we would have been paying thousands more than expected for the extra plywood, and every sheet torn off was just down right disgusting and a health hazard, the other Co's were ok with leaving them on there. PM or email me (sly9377 at yahoo dot com) if you have any questions!
We had ours done two years ago by Cessna Roofing- they were quick, clean and affordable.
My friend used Highland Contracting and was pleased with them as well.
