Eye Doctor in Raleigh?

Good morning, ladies.  Long time lurker, infrequent poster here.  I'm in need of an eye doctor in the Raleigh area.  Any recommendations?  Thanks in advance.

I have had a hard time finding an eye doctor in Raleigh that I like.  I posted last week asking where to find frames and few nesties (and actually a few other friends) recommended Dr. Strikeleather in Cary.  Here's his website.  Even though this is a bit out of the way for me, I'm planning on switching based on the recommendations I've heard for both the doctor and their great frame selection.

I don't particularly care for the doctor associated with Lens Crafters in Triangle Town (just didn't get a good feel), and don't like the very limited schedule of the doctor associated with Sears Optical in Triangle Town and had a horrible customer service experience with First in Sight off of Falls of Neuse, so wouldn't return there.

I see Dr. Whittington @ Eye Care Associates of NC (Brier Creek location).  I have seen her for about 6 or so years & really like her.

Let me know how you like it!  I think I might stop by next week and check out their frames.

I see the doctor that is attached to the Lenscrafters in North Hills. I really like the glasses selection at the Lenscrafters so I go out of convenience to the doctor there. I will tell you he is nice but i wait forever whenever i go. good luck!
