ugh, a coworker of mine just proclaimed to be the "craftiest girl in town" and talking about how she's opening a booth at a thrift store near us (we live in the same neighborhood.)

i feel like she's always running her mouth about the "awesome" stuff she makes...and it's UGLY.  like these.

 

it annoys me to no end that she's always talking about her skills, and now if i want to do something similar, with actual craft talent...i have to deal with her.

I just had a staring contest with a box of Krispy Kreme donuts. There they were, sitting on top of the microwave in the break room where I couldn't miss them as I grabbed my lunch from the mini-fridge. Oh, how wonderful those treats of fried dough and sweet goodness would be... but no. *sigh*

That sh!t is FUGLY!!!  I think you should open a booth right next to hers and then compare your sales. . . I'm sure you'd smoke her!

I confes that I am really really bummed for my brother.  He had an absolutely awful day yesterday and it just kills me.  He's really been through a lot of tough times in life and for once I wanted him to see his dreams come true.  I know there is always next year but for now, I'm just really sad for him.

I'm upset with my DH.  He bought me a laptop last year (it was refurbished), and now the damn thing won't connect to the internet.  He says he thinks the WIFI in it has gone bad, and that I can just get something you stick in the USB slot that will do the same thing.  I told him I want a brand new laptop, but he says we can't afford it right now.  The man's cheapness drives me insane.

I'm tired of the drama that my friend makes to make her life more interesting. I hate drama and don't want to play.  I am a grown adult and don't need this crap it isn't high school anymore.

He's still in training, so I won't kick him to the curb quite yet.  I'm sure he'll come around to my point of view
