I know this sounds like a Cleaning and Organizing post, but I promise it is green related.
I recently started making my own foaming hand soap with Dr. Bronner's and water. It's great- I love how it feels on my hands, and my H was super impressed. I have found, however, that it is leaving an icky residue in the sink that I've never had before. Has anyone else experienced this? Have I just put too much Dr. Bronner's in there? It doesn't matter how often I clean out the sink, it keeps getting icky and I've never had this problem before.
Thanks!

Re: Residue in the sink?
It's called "soap scum".
Regular hand soaps are actually more detergents than soap. It forms more with real soap than synthetic detergents. It also can depend on your water type.
