Trying to sell our condo
Hi Girls! I haven't been on here much lately, but DH and I are trying to sell our condo in Sycamore. We want more space and to be closer to our families in the south burbs. We want to try to move by the end of the summer, so we're definitely willing to negotiate!
It's a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 1 car garage (attached), fireplace, vaulted ceilings. You can walk to downtown Sycamore. And we're about 15 minutes from NIU so it could even be used as a great rental property..... we're asking 129,000. If you know anyone that may be interested PLEASE pass my email along.
