So, big plans this weekend?

Friday I'm shopping with the most awesome-est new Mom ever, Saturday watching the Grand Floral Parade (1st row seats, boo-yah!) and Sunday...trying to convince my DH to plant the new shrubs in the front yard.  We'll see if it actually hapens!

I agree, it's about time! My parents are visiting from the Netherlands so they can use the nice weather. We are watching the Grand Floral Parade from somewhere as well, don't know where yet, we'll see. DH has to work behind the scenes again but unfortunately he can't get me any good seats . We'll probably go down to the waterfront to see some of the dragon boat races too. 

Sunday we're planning to go for a hik in WA. And hopefully we can start  up the grill in the evening!

Bought time! we have so much yard work to get done. Ugh! I can't wait for this crappy weather to pass!

HOOOOOOORRRRRRAAAAAAYYYYYYYY! That's very exciting! My flip-flops are mad at me for keeping them in my closest all of the time!

I need to go for a run this weekend as I just started me 1/2 marathon training

We'll go to the Rose Parade and probably the farmers market and some gardening as well...

hubby is having nose surgery on Thursday... so I get to spend the weekend playing nurse.

Parents are coming to Portland this weekend!!!!!!!!  Mom's first time on the west coast.  I was hoping we'd be able to do fun stuff outside.  Looks like my wish is coming true

I've never been to the parade, and REALLY want to go!  How did you score such good tickets? 

If DH is available to go, where is the best place to sit sit, and what time should we get there?
