WHY are they letting Casey out AGAIN?!?!
Good Lord, idiots! Why are you letting her out AGAIN?!? Apparently her bail was posted again and she'll be out AGAIN tomorrow. UNREAL! This seriously pisses me off!!!

I have a strong feeling it was the new lawyer that her parents hired, Mark NeJame.
Which Constitutional rights...hmmm, The one that says its ok to kill your daughter and lie about it!
That whole family needs to burn in hell!
I really doubt that Mr. NeJame put up the bail.
I had to laugh when the parents hired NeJame. It didnt surprise me a bit. I think they are getting pretty nervous and are realizing their lies are coming full circle to hire in the big guns now. He is a superb attorney, great in the court room. If he ever takes over for Casey that will be one interesting trial that I may have to go watch in person.
I just wish this would all come to an end. Its just too emotionally involving because of that sweet little girl.
I think most people hire those high profile attorneys once they realize that their lies are starting to catch up to them
But I have heard that he's pretty hardcore in the court room.
I wish that she would just admit that something happened to her daughter and stop with the "I dropped her off with a babysitter" lie.
Some attorney searching out fame is going to turn Casey into a martyr..

Or probably Baez. I'm so sick of her getting all this attention and still refusing to tell the truth about who she gave her to, left her with, or last time she really saw her.
I doubt Baez has that kind of money. He's only been an attorney for 4 years. Until this no one had even heard of him. I have a close friend that is a criminal def atty and even he hadn't heard of Baez until this. He also works closely with NeJame and told me on Saturday that the family had been in their office on Wednesday, so I really wasn't surprised to hear they had retained him. What does surprise me is where did they get the money for him. He is not cheap!
I doubt Casey will ever come clean and tell us what happened and where Caylee is. She is a sociopath and a pathological liar. She has been keeping up with her lies for so long now that at this point she likely believes them to be her truth.
You dont think Nejame would do this pro bono do you?? Gosh, I hope not.

For a case like this, I seriously hope not. However...it will be a very high profile case when it does go to court and then it would catapult him into fame if he wins...
I don't think he needs the publicity. He's already pretty well known. Hell, if I found myself in need of a criminal def atty, I'd probably hire him too! besides, he doesn't need the "fame", he's already infamous! LOL

Jenny, Just out of curiosity but in the time you knew Casey, did you ever think she would have a daughter and then end up killing her?? You just never know who you are dealing with.
I knew Casey but never well enough to think anything of her really. Kind of just hung out but one of those people you never give deep thought into ya know? I was more of an aquantience (spelled wrong!)
On the other hand, I knew Lee. And while I wouldn't past his sister to do this, I don't think he is capable of knowing anything. I just know it in my heart. It's NOT possible. He LOVED that little girl.?
No lawyer involved in a high profile case is going to release who's paying their fees. Imagine what it would do to Casey's already scarred reputation if Nejame were to say "Oh yeah, my $500 per hour fee? Yeah, the Anthony family has already that." ? I think a lot of people would be like WTF?? if that were to be the case.
But trust me, Nejame doesn't do anything for free.
