are laptop backpacks lame?
I went for a massage last weekend and my back is a mess - between lugging around my suitcase, and having both my laptop bag and my huge purse on my shoulders, it's not pretty. but is this bag hideous? it's one of the better ones I could find, and I like that I could use it as a "normal" laptop bag if I want.

I'd go for the second one over the first. I dont like the first one. But back problems aren't fun and only last forever, so I'd suffer with a laptop backpack over having back pain for a million years!
