Did you survive O-Chem?? Is it all over yet??
My last final of this term is tomorrow morning!! Eeek!!

Pfffft.
So I survived A&P. I should have an A.
But the ACS final for OChem was SO hard. I honestly didn't care what I got as long as I got a 36 out of 70, which is passing. I got a 33. So I'm retaking the stupid thing Friday morning. I'm trying to figure out why it's acceptable to force people to take a test that over 50% of the people don't pass? Ugh.
What final do you have tomorrow? Yay for being almost done!

Jeff&Em, are you going to school for chemistry? My H is a chemist, its such a confusing field. If so what kind of chem degree are you getting?
I have my pathology test tomorrow.... it is so much memorization I think my head is going to explode. Which is probably why I've posted so much today on the Nest!!
Sorry for bringing up OChem... I thought you'd be done & celebrating. That is dumb that they would give a test that a majority of students wouldn't pass. What are they thinking?? At least it will be over soon.
C+S: DH & I both have backgrounds in chemistry. Does your H work in a lab in pdx?
No worries! I'm just miffed I missed it by 3 points. Missing it by 10 points would make me feel like I'm just OChem stupid. By 3 points is just super frustrating.
C+S, hopefully pharmacy! If I don't get in, though, I'll probably do a Chemistry, Biology, or Biochem degree. I don't know which. : )
I just asked MH which he thought was most practical in the job field, since he works with a bunch of people with those degrees. He said your best bet getting hired if you don't do pharmacy would be to do a BioChem or Chem degree. There is no work right now for general biologist. He works with a guy who hates his job, but can't quit cause all he has is a bio degree, and its just not useful in this field.
