What'd you get for your first CSA shares?

I thought it'd be fun to see what everyone is getting for their first CSA shares. (If they're starting around now)  I just got my 2nd today.  We got kale, mustard greens, green onions, broccoli rabe, spinach, and romaine.  Lots of salads this week! I sauteed some of the broccoli raab for dinner because I was so excited to try it.  It was good. Any other ideas for it?

Ours was last week.  Peaches, nectarines, red lettuce, chard (or kale), lemons, red onion (or white), flava beans, rosemary and a cheese/onion baguette.  Everything was delicious except for the flava beans.  I am not a fan.

Oooh, that makes me want to move to CA.  I'm drooling over the fruit.

My pickup is tonight, but the Tuesday people tell me they got this:

scallions, butter head lettuce, red romaine, frisee, red and green bok choy, spinach, radishes, arugula, and a mystery green that Mrs Farmer Anja said was chinese Hon Sei Sei and Mr Farmer Michael says is japanese Hon Tsai Tai.

Ours started at the beginning of May (in North Carolina), so we had some awesome strawberries for a couple of weeks.  This week we get cucumbers, broccoli, squash, carrots, onions, garlic, and basil.

We go to the Farmer's Market instead of doing a CSA, it's my weekly "me time" and I looovve going.  According to the newsletter, on Saturday the market has almost everything.  The last of the asparagus and strawberries, the first of the cherries, blueberries, squash, and onions, and more carrots and all types of salad greens.

Do you have a recipe?  That sounds awesome and DH loves sausage.

ours started on Wednesday. we got romaine, red leaf lettuce, spinach, pea tendrils, red russian kale, cilantro, radishes, salad turnips and bok choy. so far I made - pasta with roasted red peppers, sausage and spinach. couscous with garlic, baby bellas and pea tendrils. big salad with both lettuces and grilled chicken, red onion, cucumber and feta. making potstickers today with ground pork and the bok choy. which leaves the turnips, radishes and cilantro. need to figure those out. it is so much fun. can't wait until wednesday for more goodies!!!
