Iphone 4 or Droid Incredible?
I've been wanting to switch to iphone for a while now and now that the new one is out I'm pretty sure I'm going to switch. BUT I've been hearing so many things about the Droid! Thoughts?

I just ordered the Incredible because we don't have AT&T so the iPhone isn't an option for me.
Based upon all I've read, the popular consensus is that the iPhone is still superior (I have a Touch and think it's amazing), but that the Incredible is the closest anyone has come to replicating the look, feel, and operation of the iPhone. People who get the Incredible are in love with it.
Plus you get the benefit of better coverage with a non-AT&T phone.
FYI, the Incredible is back-ordered because of its unexpected popularity. Mine isn't expected to come in until the end of the month.
Thank you for the input! Either one, there is a wait so I'm not worried. Currently I have the Bberry storm, and I like it but I just REALLY wanted the iphone. I think I'm going to go pre-order my iphone on Tuesday but then I have to wait for it to come in on the 24th which is going to seem SO long!
Honestly, if I had the choice, I'd get the iPhone. I had no interest in a smartphone (well, OK, a little interest) until I got a Touch and realized the potential. Now I understand why people are gaga over their iPhones.

Droid Incredible.
one of the best things about the android OS is that you can run multiple apps at once (multitasking)
plus it will have all the default google apps- maps, youtube and google voice support, gmail, plus gtalk google earth, etc.
second awesomest thing is that google maps does turn by turn navigation without any extra cost.
Also- widgets. love them so much mroe than app icons.
I recommend going to a store and playing with one first. I'm team android all the way, but obviously some people are more iphone loyal.

The iPhone 4 also has multitasking, and the maps app uses google maps and gives turn by turn directions for no fee. You can also get gmail through the mail app (set it up once and you're done), and the free google app is pretty good for everything else.
I haven't seen the Incredible (or the iPhone 4 obviously) but I've heard they're extremely similar.
