Hi Ladies - HUGE favor...

I am walking the Breast Cancer 3-Day this July for the second time.  Last year, fund-raising was a breeeeze, but it's been tougher this year.  In order to walk, we have to commit to raising a minimum of $2300.  I've raised a little over $1400 but with 6 weeks to go, I'm starting to worry I won't hit the $2300 and I am responsible for putting in whatever I don't raise.

If you would like to make a donation, please visit my fund-raising page!  Every little bit helps and will be much appreciated!

Re: Hi Ladies - HUGE favor...

  • I would love to sponsor you, but am also trying to fund myself for my bike MS ride and money is tight.  I have to spend more money than I thought on new equipment, etc.

If you need fairly easy fundraising ideas, Uno's and Texas Roadhouse do fundraiser nights.  You pick a weeknight, and host a night.  You pass out fundraising tickets to anyone you know (they can be copied) and 20% of the check goes to your charity.  Texas Roadhouse will also donate a gift card for you to raffle off that nights.

Some homeparty places like Lia Sophia or Pampered Chef will do parties where they donate their commission.

McFadden's in Boston does fundraisers where you pick a night and sell tickets for a private party with i think unlimited draft beer, and you keep the money from the tickets.  You just have to get a certain number of people.

Some stores (restaurants, spas, electronics stores) will donate items you can raffle off.

Hope these help!!! You may have already thought of these.
