I need a drink!
Work is kicking my butt today. I need an alcoholic beverage in the worst way and I can't have it. I don't even know if chocolate will help right now (although I'm running out to get some in a minute).
Ugh...who thought responding to reference requests could be so exhausting? (p.s., I still love it and can't wait to be a librarian!)

I wish! I work across the street. I get to go visit there, though.
I work for the Library of the U.S. House of Representatives, which is separate from the Library of Congress (none of you come stalk me now!). Our facility is much, much less exciting.

Not having an occasional cocktail has been one of the hardest things to get through while being pregnant. I told my husband I want a bottle of my favorite red wine waiting for me at home after I deliver.
I am so with you on needing a drink!
