Customer Service RAVE
So DH and I purchased these chairs http://www.adirondackchairs.com/adirondack-sets/wood-sets/bigdaddyadirondackduowithfreesidetable1.cfm a few months back. Last week DH was moving them to cut the grass and one of the arms came off. I was suppoed p*ssed about it and decided to call today about them. The girl on the phone was like ok no problem, just dispose of that chair and we will send you a new one at no charge. 
Really? Well while I have you on the phone, the side table was a different color when we got it, and although we stained the chairs/table before sitting them outside, the table is turning a brownish color - almost like it is starting to rot. "Ok sure we will send you one of those too." GREAT!!!
So if you guys want to purchase from this company - do so! I LOVE these chairs they are very comfortable and a great price.

NCSU - awesome price for these chairs. When I was looking for them I couldnt find any that were under $200 for ONE chair, must less a set. So when I found them I jumped on it with a quickness. Actually they are cheaper now than when I bought them, but still I am so happy the customer service is so great.
Terp - I am going to have 3 now instead of 2! There is no way I am throwing that chair away. Now boxermommy will have her own adirondack chair to chill in!!!!
