Let's just say, I'm a little unmotivated at work today.
What's your hair routine?
What's your go to hairstyle?
Do you switch it up a lot?

My 101
I keep my hair long because it's actually easier for me to style than when it's short. I wash and air-dry usually. My natural part is center-ish, so I just go with it.
When I have shorter hair, I have to blowdry and use piecing product.

When I go out somewhere I try to keep it down and flat-iron -- something like this:

But on a day to day basis it's usually in a low messy thing or a high messy thing.

I wear my hair down basically all of the time (it's a little past collar bone length now). It goes up at for bed or for working out, but that's about it.
My hair is naturally straight, so I just blow dry it with a round brush and that's it. No products except a little hairspray for my bangs.
The only thing I tend to switch up are my bangs. They are side swept. Sometimes I'll wear them to the side...sometimes I french braid them in the front (a la Lauren Conrad)...and sometimes I pin them back and to the side.
I sometimes curl my hair with a curling iron, but that's super rare now that my hair is shorter.
My hair is naturally wavy (=frizzy), so most days I blow dry the front (long bangs split at the part, which is off-center) and pull the rest in a pony tail. It dries in a cute curlicue.
If I wear it down I usually blow dry, brush and apply frizz-ease. Takes about 10 minutes.
If I have a lot more time, or want to look like I put thought into it, I use a leave-in conditioner/mousse combo from Aussie, blow dry the front and airdry the rest into waves that hit my shoulders, but I have to apply frizz-ease when it's finished drying or it just looks messy.
When I blowdry, on a good hair day I end up with this (except I'm a brunette):
on a bad hair day I get this:
and I have no way of knowing which it will be beforehand. So if it goes all stringy and frizzy and messy, I usually go back to the pony tail.
