I had the same weight loss problem for a while a couple of years ago. I lost 30 lbs in like 6 weeks. I was freaked. Thankfully, I renewed my friendship with brownies and ice cream and am now about 20 lbs more than my lowest weight. ::sarcasm::
Try not to worry, though, it is just a side effect of the meds. I know you eat pretty healthily, but maybe you can take some supplements (fish oil, iron, etc.) if you are feeling tired and depleted.
Re: RudyWoo
The funny thing is that I'm not tired or feeling rundown. I actually feel pretty good.
I do eat pretty healthily but I'm definitely not dieting. I have no appetite for heavy carbs and sweets, they just sound yucky to me now. And I hate the way they make me feel. I've always been a chocolate/dessert person so this is foreign to me. I'm an alien.
I'm going to start taking a multi-vitamin again. I feel like I get what I need from food but it never hurts, especially for women.
