I'm going to be no help. DH is eating dinner at his mom's. I'm probably going to have a Totino's/Tostino's? frozen pizza.

DH is going to the store on his way home & getting steaks, potatoes and maybe some corn on the cob. We're going to grill out before the weather turns bad for the weekend. We go to the meat counter & they have already marinated ones...they are delish!

Too funny... I'm making 4 dozen of these for next weekend along with 3 dozen each raspberry lemonade cupcakes and pina colada cupcakes for my sister's open house.  I'm going to have cupcakes coming out my ears.  I have no idea where I'm even going to put 120 cupcakes in my kitchen. 

Too bad cupcakes don't ship well - I'm sure an extra dozen wouldnt phase me.

As for our dinner... I'm thinking pizza but I wasnt prepared and my normal crust requires an overnight rise so I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.  I may just try another crust recipe or I may do something else.  I have some bell peppers in the fridge that were on sale at the grocery so I could do stuffed peppers or fajitas.  DH would be thrilled if I made him some flank steak fajitas as I never cook steak. 

We had chicken kebabs last night with jerk chicken, mango and red peppers -- I threw them on the grill and made a quick spinach and strawberry salad to go with them.  Healthy and delicious.

Earlier this week I made lemon spaghetti with rotisserie chicken, super easy and it was really good and something different than a normal pasta dish.

those cupcakes look amazing!!! I had a friend send us this as a gift for Ayden's arrival. They are so good. We've only eaten 2 of them...we'll have one tonight. We split them they are so big (although I'm sure I could eat one on my own, DH is not so much of a sweets guy.)

They came in a big styrofoam container with dry ice. They were already frozen, so I just put them in the freezer and take them out as we want them. The instruction card said to thaw them for 3-4 hours.

Hmmm... never thought about shipping them frozen.  Sounds like a giant PITA but at least it would be possible that way without them getting all crushed.

I'm actually not sure what I'm having for dinner -- I'm going to my little brother's senior baseball banquet, which is catered. I just hope the vegetarian option is something more than green salad...
