Cookies....

Oh so yummy. But I am stuck in a rut. I only make peanut butter and choco chip cookies. Anyone have a favorite one that they make?

Re: Cookies....

  • My office orders insomnia cookies at least once a week so I don't really make them too much but I LOVE double chocolate ones.
  • I like No-Bakes and Oatmeal cookies!  :-)
  • Insomnia Cookies is so cheating!

I tired no-bakes before, I couldnt figure the time for boiling the sugar. They either come out really runny or really hard.

  • I have a really easy reciepe that I should give you.  Believe me, I'm not that much of a baker and I don't mess it up.  :-)  Let me know if you are interested.
  • I would love a new reciepe to try!

  • Ok, I'll post it when I get home from work.  :-)
  • I'm really not much of a baker. I bought some amazing Rocky Road cookies last night from Falpauch (sp?). They were amazing! They were a chocolate cookie with mini marshmallows, walnuts and something else I can't remember in them. I'm sure you could find a recipe online. I'd totally suggest you try them!!!
