Ok, I am going to suggest all of those. It is tough, because there has to be something quantifiable, I think Watermelons (no hands) or cupcakes would be easy to count.
Popsicles could be awesome due to the cold factor slowing progress.

I have. It was a pretty big disappointment for me. I thought the prose was horrible. Also, just a heads up that it's a pretty religious book.
