help fun bar for girls to dance??
sadly, it's been so long since I've been to the city to a fun bar with a good DJ for dancing to 90's/ current hip hop/pop/rock fun songs. Please give me some suggestions on where to go! There are 2 girls new to the area & I'd like to show them a fun night out. help
Re: help fun bar for girls to dance??
I haven't been out to the city in a long time either and everyone I've ran into has different opinions about different clubs.
I would suggest that you check out yelp.com and read all the different reviews.
Good Luck
As long as you're not looking to meet men, then The Hangge Uppe on Elm is good for dancing and fun music. The crowd is pretty cheesy. It's close to the area with lots of bars on Division that have a similar feel/music if you want a change of scene. All have a very cheesy crowd, but they're fun for bachelorette parties.
I never make it further north to LP, so I can't recommend any cooler places!
I went to the Hangge Uppe for my BParty and had a blast--yes it cheesy and gets very crowded but the music was great and fun to dance too--they have a dance area ont eh ground level that played old skool and hip/hop and downstairs they played a mix of the 80's and a little bit of country.
Bar chicago is also near this area and they always have great music to dance too--also gets very crowded.
