Hair Stylist - Greenwood, south-side area

Ladies,

I am in need of haircut and would love some recommendations.  You were helpful with alterations in the past. 

I have lived here for 6 months and still arrange trips home (6 hours away) to see my old stylist.  I know the last meet up was at the beauty school and curious to hear about it.

I go to Wildflowers salon in Greenwood. They're in the Greenwood Park Mall outside pavilion and I love it. I've been going there for over 4 years now.  My stylist is Joey, and he's fantastic.

To go to Lindsay Wisdom from the Workshop -- it is on the southside of Indy.  She has amazingly low prices (I think a cut and color is under $60), though she only takes cash or check.  She is the sweetest person alive!

I WILL WARN YOU: The salon isn't fancy, which is probably why it's not expensive.  It's CLEAN, but a little dingy, and Lindsay knows what she is doing.  Her number is: 317-442-6487

My stylist is in Greenwood behind the BouncerTown and Dollar Tree.  She's been doing my hair for about 16 years and I love her.  She has a shop attached to her house.  She's not afraid of color or trying new things and I think her prices are reasonable.  I can give you her info if you'd like.

 I've also gone to Choices salon on Madison a little south of Fry Road.

I go to Alaina at Zen Salon and Spa in Greenwood.  I go for cut and highlights.  She is awesome and sweet as can be.  317.535.6936

I've gone to Roberts, Bella Naturale and Tantra all in the Greenwood area.

I've regularly gone to Regency for my hair cut/color for the past two years since losing my job. I've been fortunate enough that my past stylists just pass me on to the best in the continuing class when they graduate. I'm pretty laid back about my hair, so if you're driving to your old stylist, it's probably not the place for you.

I highly recommend The Vault in Beech Grove. I get my haircut/highlighted by Jennetta but all the stylists there are awesome. Their prices are ridiculously reasonable and I would probably expect to pay at least double for the same quality at most other salons.
