My BFF graduated from boot camp a couple of weeks ago and is now at her tech training school for the next 9 months. She is in the Air Force and I couldn't be prouder of her

I really want to send her a care package of goodies soon but for some reason am drawing a blank of what to send her. She is a pretty healthy eater so I didn't want to include too much candy or snacks. Anyone send their soldier anything like this before? I'd love to hear your ideas. TIA!
Re: Gifts for soldiers?
Most recently the stuff we sent my brother was geared towards deployed life. Now that she's in tech school she should have access to the Nex and can get anything she needs. Maybe some snacks, a card, some pictures, some nice lotion or body wash. I imagine it's hard for a woman in bootcamp/training school to get in touch with her feminine side.
I was hoping you'd respond, E, since I know your bro is in the military. And I am having a hard time coming up with things, just like you said, b/c she has access to the internet now and can get whatever she wants. Good idea on the nice lotion/body wash. Maybe I can find her some cute slippers too for the dorm.
Very true! She loves the bananay (as she calls it) bread I make so maybe I could ship her a loaf of that too! Thanks so much for the great ideas!
