I know some of you are still checking this board occasionally...what's happening?!

We just passed our six month anniversary and we're still married so I'll count that as a small victory. We've talked about maybe starting a family but aren't going crazy about it. We took our long honeymoon to Hawaii. I still have my mindless office job and dream of a more interesting one!!

Our 6 month is on Saturday . I'm enduring a 3 hour commute between school and home to finish up my undergrad degree so I can graduate in August. After that I will be job searching and deciding what the heck I want to do with the rest of my life. Other than that I have been fixing up our house and decorating, which is waaay more fun than school.

Love it!  I taught summer school and just finished that up.  So now I'm getting into the sleeping in groove of summer.  My record so far is 10:30.        

We have decided to start trying to concieve next month!  I know we've only been married 6 months, but I'm turning 34 this year and I feel like we should get on the fast track.  Besides, I already have children from a previous marriage so it's not like a baby would get in the way of our alone as a married couple time. 

I wish there were more of us still around here.  I do keep up with Jess some via facebook, but other than that I guess I've lost most of the '09 knotties!

Toady! That's exciting about TTC! 

If I were working, I think that we would think about TTC at the beginning of the year. We'll see how that goes.

We are going to be on the road for our anniversary, heading to my family's for Christmas. I'm super excited! How has everyone's first almost year of marriage been so far? Congrats to all of you that are expecting!

This first year has been great!

I'm not sure what we're doing for our anniversary...we were talking about doing a cruise, but I think we're going to pass on that. I'm just happy that it's been as great as it has!

Our 1 year is Dec 26 and tonight I was thinking about where I was last year.  I can't believe that it has almost been a year.  WOW!

DH and I are going to dinner at the place we got married.  I can't wait!

Wow, I totally just found this board but I got married on December 31st 2009 and we just had our first LO on November 9th. She wasn't planned but also wasn't really avoided (the c'est la vie approach to conceiving). I'm also going back to school on January 3rd.

Congrats to chatterbox and look forward to hopefully seeing you on the 0-3 month board in a little bit.
