my DH and i are going to tour this organic cheese factory this weekend on our vacation. it looks pretty cool and i am super excited about getting some samples!!

Hey if you're looking for another EF stop nearby and/or needing any hardwood lumber for your home projects you should check out Timbergreen Forestry:

They are just north of Spring Green. We visited them for their annual native plant sale and came away with a lot of great plants all for $2 a piece! I would contact them and see if you can stop by to see their solar kiln if you're interested.
