Vitamins

I was a champ taking them during/after my pregnancy. But then I just stopped. :p I'm a lacto-ovo, so I know it's important to take them regardless if I'm pregnant or not. And probably whether I'm vegetarian or not. :p

Any recs girls? I appreciate it. :)

  • I've been taking my kids' Rhino gummies. They're yummy so I don't forget to take them. And Rhinos are made with pectin instead of gelatin, so they're veg :)
  • I take the One A Day Vita Crave Gummies.  They have all the same things as the regular One A Day vitamins, but they taste like gummie bears :-)  They are yummy so it makes me want to take them, it is like a little treat!
  • I've been taking Target's generic brand gummy vitamins.  They're yummy, so I'm really good about taking them.

  • I take Thorne Research pre-natals regardless of being pregnant. They're wonderful. I order them from Amazon.
  • Same I've been taking the gummie prenatals they sell at target.

  • I take target Gummy Vitamins (the adult kind).

The ones I took for pregnancy were super good for me but with how bad my gag reflex was during pregnancy it was ALL.BAD.

I had to take them with chocolate milk every night (which isn't so bad Wink)

The pregnancy ones I used were Rainbow Light One a days (they are all food based so they are really good for you)

How funny, I use to take prenatals, Omega 3 & 2 vitamin D pills when I was pregnant. Oy, I do not miss all those pills. Thanks for all the rec's girls. I had no idea the yummy gummy ones were ok for adults to take too.

  • I don't take a multi-vitamin but I do take fish oil caplets, st. johns wort, b12, and ginkgo biloba.

Would it be more beneficial to take a multi-vitamin and all the others or just a multi?

  • I take flax seed oil too (I'm allergic to seafood).  DH is obsessed wiht omega 3... so I take it to hummor him.  Plus it helps my skin apparently :)
