Off I go to be swiss cheese. Any and all dust/karma/prayers are appreciated. I'm petrified. 
I bombed the 1 hour by 20 points. With Alex, I only missed it by 1.

Same thing happened with me . . . tanked the 1-hour by 30, passed the 3-hour (although after the whole process, I felt horrible all day long).

yep I am feeling pretty narsty. I got home about 11:30. Ick. I just want to sleep.
(and oddly, I ate a big sandwich when I got home because I was starving, but now I want a coca cola slurpee. After all that sugar? Seriously? wth.)
