We took the guy on the bench some food and water. At first he wouldn't acknowledge us but my boss started yelling at him to listen (how nice). He thought we had put something in the water and said he already had some but we told him he needed to drink more and eat something too. He is so skinny and very dirty - he's been in the same clothes for 2 weeks if not longer but that's when he arrived there. He's probably early 30s max. It just makes me feel so sad for him. Yes, I don't know the circumstances surrounding his situation but he seemed a little out of sorts (maybe as he can't have been eating or drinking much for a couple of weeks). I think I'm going to see if there's a place in the area that might at least go check on him and see if they can get him to a shelter or something.

aww..that is sad. i didn't realize he was back. i think last I heard you took him food and he wasn't there anymore.

Yeah, I think he may have been hiding somewhere - maybe behind a tree or something? It was early so perhaps he was sleeping?

You are so kind to help him!  I hope he gets the help he needs, and utilizes it.

Aw that is very sad. I bet he would really appreciate a shelter. Or I wonder if there is a nearby church with some sort of homeless ministry? I know lots of churches in this area have that.

Glad that you are looking out for him. I do hope that you can find a shelter or a church to help him as he sounds like he needs it. Just be careful though and always go over there with someone.
