Teacher
I am a teacher in Arizona and might be moving to the Madison area for my husband's job. We have had major cuts out here as far as teachers go and many up to 3rd year teachers have lost their jobs. Is the situation the same out there? I'm wondering if I would be able to get a job teaching out there if we did move and what districts I should look into. Any thoughts would be very helpful.

Teaching jobs are pretty hard to come by out here. I moved here in 2005 from IL with an Elementary Ed. degree. I had to get a new license and still have stipulations that need to be met. I subbed until Jan 2008, found a new job and had my son in Sept. I am now a stay at home mom.
