Wishful Wednesday
How was your evening? If you could have one wish right now, what would it be?

Yesterday I worked on a job application (not getting my hopes up for this one, though it would be great) for most of the evening.
If I could have a wish right now it would be to travel the world for one year and not have to worry about the cost involved.
We had my appt yesterday and everything looks good. I am now seeing my OB every two weeks. Crazy!
We came home and did some major organizing. Including our closet and the hallway one as well. We have 3 big bags of stuff to take to good will.
My wish would be that dh would get a job that I could be a SAHM.
Yesterday was good, relaxed on the couch and watched some mindless TV, worked on birth plan a bit and did a HypnoBabies CD with my DH. Then bed time.My wish would be that I worked with normal human beings, not the super sensitive werdios I work with now. If I get a 2nd wish, it would be for someone to come finish all my small home improvement projects, hang my light, put my doors back on, etc. I have to twist DH's arm to do that kind of stuff and since I can't do it right now it has been sitting there for months...
Oooooh one wish. I would defiintely love to wish for no debt... but if that couldn't happen, I would wish for a job that made me happy and not dread to come to work every day. BUT that aside- I am fortunate to have two jobs in this crappy economy.
Last night was ok- had a meeting to decide whether or not to fire the receptionist. She lied to us about using the internet- she was adamant that she never used the computer to search for new jobs or for personal reasons, but when we called her out on having used facebook (her name was still logged in)- she STILL denied it. So we're in a crappy spot and aren't quite sure what to do. I don't like this stress.
Happy Wednesday! Yesterday work was a bit rough so I knew I needed to blow off some steam when I got home so I did a training run for my 5k and felt really good afterwards. We watched a bit of the NBA playoffs game but turned it off since it was so terrible then spent the rest of the night being lazy.
My one wish would be for good news sooner rather than later...
I had the worst day at work yesterday. After talking w/P (and crying like a baby) I went to the gym. I tried leaving at least 5x but told myself not to let my coworker get to me, I'd be upset w/myself if I left. So I stuck around & was glad I did. I was still a little bummed, but by the time I got to my car P texted saying he had a surprise for me. Perfect, I NEED one! So I get home & am greeted by hearing C say "baketball".
I thought that was my surprise, but no. He stopped by Hot Dog on a Stick & picked up a veggie dog for me. *swoon* It's the small things right?
I wish I could keep my emotions in tact. I cried like a baby when I talked to my boss this morning. It was embarrassing, but I'm glad I didn't hold everything in.
Didn't do much last night but go for a walk with the fam after dinner. Thrilling, huh?
One wish..I wish I'd find my dream job...and soon! So we won't have to worry about money and Sarah could go back to school (which she loves). I know that there will always be stress but this is a biggie right now.
Oh...I'm making a 2nd wish too...I hope my mom and I get good news next week!
