Thanks for your response to my post below about possibly moving to CPA. If you dont mind telling me....where did you move to CPA FROM? And, what are some of the things you love about living in Mechanicsburg? Is there anything that youd say is a con to living there? Thanks!

I moved from a tiny little town called Curwensville. It's about a 3 hour drive from Mechanicsburg.
I love the size of the town, it's smaller yet there's so much to do! Carlisle Pike has tons of eating places and shopping. We're within 1.5 hours of Baltimore, about 2 hours from Philly and just minutes from downtown Harrisburg. Oh and Hershey is about a half hour drive.
The only con is that it's such a drive from my family, but we still manage to visit about every 4-6 weeks. I guess the traffic can be a con at times too. I work in Harrisburg so I have to travel 83 and it can be busy at times, especially Friday afternoons.
