sooo at 9am i have a very very important mtg with my big senior vp boss. its about the raise i still have not been given - and was promised (in writing) . i know with the economy and all i shouldn't be complaining but i seriously am really under paid and our company is making great profit!!! (i see the profit reports) plus even our customer service employees all recieved a 3% increase and theyre customer service!!! anyways, i am going in positive, have even written out what to say, and also plan to request to change departments if needed. wish me luck!

sooo it looks like i'll be waiting for a new position to open up in a different department. the mtg went somewhat well but he pretty much said that i was capped out. such a lie! i was really upset about the fact that he mentioned my personal life about dh not having a job (dh works on his own and we make out okay but i was really hoping for a raise). i started to tear up and quickly responded that i never bring my home life to work. that was just out right rude of him to say plus very unprofessional. so does anyone need someone with a legal background in med mal and fda regulations?!?!

Yea umm you boss is now in the running for D-Bag of the Year!

I am sorry that totally sucks...  I know how hard it is to be promised something at work and then it never happens but the jackhole who sits next to me and watchs youtube all damn day on his phone gets a 6% raise!
